About
After 15 years of working in television production, I was ready for a new creative challenge. In 2016, my amazing husband had an opportunity to leave Los Angeles and work in London and off we went. There I enrolled in an intensive course at Shoreditch Design Rooms, where I spent 2 years studying the techniques, craftsmanship and history of traditional and modern upholstery.
I was also incredibly fortunate to apprentice at
David Scotcher Interiors - an upscale upholstery studio and fabric shop in North London. There I learned how to put my classroom training into practice and got an immersive education in fine fabrics from the UK and Europe.

After returning to Los Angeles, I launched Bloomsbury Interiors - an upholstery workshop and design studio. I'd love to collaborate with you on your project - whether it is a family heirloom, a flea market treasure, a mid-century masterpiece, or a quality everyday piece from IKEA.
