BLOOMSBURY

About
After 15 years working in television production, I was ready for a new creative challenge. In 2016, my husband and I got the chance to move from Los Angeles to London—and it felt like the perfect time to make a change. While there, I trained at Shoreditch Design Rooms , spending two years learning the skills, craftsmanship, and history behind both traditional and modern upholstery.
I was also incredibly fortunate to apprentice at
David Scotcher Interiors, an upscale upholstery studio and fabric shop in North London where I was able to put my classroom training into practice. The experience was also an education in working with fine fabrics from across the UK and Europe.
Returning to the US, I launched Bloomsbury Interiors - an upholstery workshop and design studio. I'd love to collaborate with you on your project - whether it is a family heirloom, a flea market treasure, a mid-century masterpiece, or a quality everyday piece from IKEA.
